You enter the apartment via some steps to the living room, with air conditioning, and patio doors out onto a lovely sunny south facing terrace, with plenty of space for a table and chairs to enjoy al fresco eating.

Off the living room is an archway into the small, but fully equipped kitchen, with electric oven and hob plus a washing machine. From the other side of the living room is another archway leading to the two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and ceiling fans, plus the master with built in wardrobes. The bathroom is in between the two bedrooms, with a WC, bidet, sink and bath with a shower over. All windows have fly screens and fast fibre internet here.

Up a second flight of stairs, you arrive at the solarium / roof terrace, with plenty of space, with a shower in one corner, a BBQ area, a lovely decked seating area and a great storage space so you can put away all of your chairs and loungers etc. There are lovely views across the countryside, and a partial sea view in the distance.

Just a short walk from the apartment is the communal swimming pool, which is private to these apartments, it has a large pool and a smaller one for relaxing or for children. There are shady areas and plenty of space to sit around the pool.

This apartment is ideal for holidays or permanent living, close to all amenities and La Finca Golf resort, plus just 15 minutes’ drive to the beaches, and 30 minutes from Alicante airport.
